If you're just starting today, you're experiencing a start up effect which will probably pass.

My experience with Strattera was that that, in combination with Prozac -- or Zoloft? I forget which right now -- it was a pretty good combination anti-depressant for me. I did experience jitters, which wasn't great for me, but I had other things going on at the same time, which probably contributed to it for me.

Give it time, be consistent in taking it -- time of day, etc -- and see how it goes.
