I've gone on Lexapro twice and the side effects are worst at the start. My pdoc always encourged me to find the time that works best for me -- some folks get sleepier and some get more wired. Sounds like going earlier might the right thing for you now. Then as your body gets used to it, you may be able to pull it later.
I really like Lexapro. I'd done well on Zoloft, but I couldn't handle the sexual side-effects. At the beginning, Lexapro was bad like that, but within a month or so those side effects went away.Good luck.

Did anyone else experience this with Lexapro? Did it go away? Do you think it might get better if I take the pill in the morning?
