The profile of how it stablizes nerve activity, protects aganist NMDA receptors and so had me in high hopes.
I got one of the best brands which is country life,GMP stamp on their products.
Taurine is eh,nothing to write home about. Its said to help increase gaba and work as a mood stablizer and possably anti depressant,BUT more professional abstracts found in like google scholar or other places usualy correspond taurine to bile action,as well as heart benifits.
The best i found it to do was possably aid a benzo in working a little better. However i have seen people write that its helped them in dose ranges of 1500 mg 2 times a day.
Taurine for mood is usualy found in my view on sites that like sell it or have something to do in that manner.I have yet to find many professional documents recomending taurine for any mood disorders.
Too bad your not here,i have a whole bottle id gladly give ya!
