I made mention of this a number of times.A great problem with maois, especialy parnate is this intolerable insomnia problem.
The insomnia as bad as it is seems to not even be the wors of the situation.
What does seem to be is this...
A full or decent nights sleep is crucuial, your body begins to rest and a zillion repairs and chemical reactions begin,i cant be exact without having some technical document, but its no secret to all the chemical changes which occur and our needed during sleep.
So you go with little to no sleep,NOW THE QUESTION IS,having missed this repair stage,is it logical to take the same dose of a strong mental drug upon a already ill balanced system?
Do you lower,or skip?Seems to me taking the same dose would eventualy as you so nicly put it simply drive some one psycho in time.
Its a shame how severe the sleep issue is with maois.
Good question though.
On a similiar note, some fair sleep methods are-- A benzo, not much but prefably klonopin or xanax.
--- Over the counter L theanine capsules, not a full cap,but opening the cap let a bit of it sit under your tongue.Too much can be stimulating.
--- Taurine another over the counter nutrient.
--- Finaly nuerontion, seems a extremly small pieace of nuerontion and the same with xanax seem to work best for me,im able to turn and FALL asleep not blank out.
Im aganist maois and ambien, heres why.
1.Ambien is usualy evident in ur body upon wakening, the addition of that, even a little to my parnate dose made me feel awful and high.
2.Ambien is not always a guranetee to put you to sleep,so if you take it and never sleep, then you really need to evalute adding parnate to the mix where as a benzo wouldent be such a issue.
3.Ambien simply FOR ME provides crappy wake sleep wake sleep. Also sometimes im not even sure if i actualy slept after a night of ambien,i feel like i never had a deep restful sleep.
