It really depends. Sonata and Ambien are good, Lunesta could help, and the old benzos are good drugs, too, especially Restoril. Seroquel would be helpful if the insomnia is caused by or made worse by the stimulant effects of your meds; on the other hand, you could get a serious hangover. Plus, at very low doses Seroquel is basically an extremely overpriced antihistamine, so you might as well give Vistaril or even Benadryl a whirl, too.
