I notice the reverse. I get munchies for sweets when it starts to kick in at night. So I have a sweet snack before I konk out. Which is bad for my metabolism. I've gained around 10 pounds. My skinny weight is 110, so I'm not 'over weight'. Sleep is worth gained weight. Insomnia is the most annoying symptom of my depression.
When I did get hangovers from seroquel, I had a gym membership. So I would just go to the gym in the mornings. It helped very much. I wish I had a gym to go to now, but it will have to wait.
