65lbs is quite a gain? Do you do any daily excercise or get out of the house and walk or jog ?, as you're only on a mid range dose of Seroquel.
I know what its like to fight a full dose of it. It takes effort. Some people are more susceptible to gains on weight heavy medicine, genetically, or if they used to be slender for some medications.I'm not saying its your fault, by the way.

It can cause drooling in some patients which can be fought only with clonidine for you since you have TD and can't take anticholinergics. It is one of many choices I mentioned before, but you HAVE to get AIMS tests when these experiments are going on or you WILL NOT be able to measure improvement.

I gave many suggestions before, and I just get this feeling that a doctor is NOT monitoring things like they should be.
I know I'm perhaps not one of the people you've been speaking to that often so maybe you don't have trust in what I say, but have trust in what some others have been saying. And it is paramount that your doctor is monitoring these experiments.
