My Wellbutrin trial ends tomorrow, it does nada for my depression. I am taking it with Zoloft and Remeron. My lack of interest, energy and motivation suggests I need something pro-noradrenergic, so I'm thinking of revisiting Edronax. Although it was terminated a few years ago because of nasty urological/sexual side effects there are some promising studies that all of these s/e can be counteracted with tamsulosin(FLOMAX), an alpha1 blocker.
I'm convinced I have a biological vulnerability to depression, but it's triggered by long-term inner stress. For every task I undertake I'm always stressing to be finished as fast as possible although there is no time pressure or any economical reason. I have been through CBT for this but it didn't really help. How can you get yourself to calm down and try to enjoy whatever you're doing meanwhile instead of rushing to finished?/Mattias
