can u tell me about DEPAKOTE in America??

Hi,
I'm a canadian and I drive across the border to get Depakote ER (extended-release)... but its causing some GI problems and I'd like to try Depakote DR, however, I was wondering one thing:
Is there 'regular' Depakote AND Depakote DR (Delayed-Release) in America?
Or is the 'regular' depakote sold all just Delayed Release??
