I wonder about your experiences, lexapro is a subcomponent of celexa so one might expect that the experience of both would be similar, perhaps when you have been taking celexa you havent been taking a high enough dose to realize the same effect as lexapro. Following that line of thought it might then appear that your symptom of not being able to sit still and sleep is a side effect of your lexapro dose. To me this could imply that perhaps a different antidepressant might work better and be a better treatment than adding other medication.
