My initial response to Emsam was promising as it was energizing. The problem quickly became insomnia which I couldn't get a handle on and then the edema crept up on me. Before I knew it I was like a sausage. My feet would hardly fit in my shoes and my wedding ring was stuck. At that point the insomnia became a non issue and the Ensam experiment was over. I couldn't get out of the gate with it so I have no idea whether it would have held up long term or not.
