~~~ I did. It was recommended for jet lag for me a few years ago to "right" a sleep pattern. Also, isn't it the reason eating turkey is reported to make you sleepy and yawny after eating alot of it?

I also think it was the supplement in the US that was pulled due to a contaminated batch linked to Eosinophilia-Myalgia Syndrome - that was back around 1998. It's slowly returned here.
