breaking out of social isolation

I swear i have to take Xanax to deal with this.
I mean i dont, what do i say, is there something that is about me that people just dont respond to. Is it just reality that i am not putting enough out put that responses are came back.
What do, well what is wrong what causes this? panic, nope i dont get panic because i feel just not stimulanted to say anything, then panic because im not saying anyhting, imagine living like that. Roll Eyes, i swear where the toilet im sticking my head in it.
Anyways. Well can someone just please give me some advice so i can bouce back at psychobabble, am i too not responsive, or what.
