Lawyers and accountants and marketing "experts" have all had a crack at the wording. Some monographs are thorough and complete and definitive. Then you get to drugs like modafinil, where no one has a clue. It makes me wonder what they were trying to accomplish when they invented this molecule. Does anyone know that?
