If you haven't already considered dumping the med completely, would you? I mean, you get to a point in augmenting where if nothing is working it's like trying to kick a dead horse back to life. Better just to bury the darn thing and get a new horse. Taper off the med and taper on to a new one at the same time. No wash out. But, that's just me. Close the chapter and open a new one.
You mentioned zyprexa. If you aren't already taking it, that would be my last ditch augmenting trick. But, there are many opinions and this is just one. I just think the doctor is wrong in thinking that an extra 10mg on top of what it already is will somehow make any significant difference if any at all.
When choosing a new med, choose one that works on different chemistries than you have already tried. If you stay in the serotonin family, try prozac, it's different. But look at other chemistries. If the serotonin route was going to make a big difference for you, it already would have most likely, or at least enough to let you know you are on the right track.
