>Well if you're still experiencing what is clearly Serotonin Syndrome, which is severe fever, confusion, anxiety, and rapid changes in vital signs, I would seek professional help immediately. It turns up as a severe drug interaction in several reliable databases. SSRIs may interfere with metabolism of Tramadol at CYP P-450-2D6 and thus lower your threshold and increase a chance of seizure. Normal Ultram doses start at 25mg, so you're already increasing it. People take up to 400mg a day so you may be experiencing subclinical Serotonin Syndrome.
Its up to you, make a good decision. Don't wait if things become more severe, Serotonin Syndrome is unpredictable.
