I take seven different psychoactive meds daily; two of which are controlled substances (not to mention my 3 other generalized health problems I have requiring 3-4 more maintenance dose meds) - some daily, others PRN. Still, at my pharmacy both my husband and I are known by our names and the pharmacy techs greet us from across the isles of the pharamacy before we even get up to the counter to hand them our prescriptions. When we pull up to the Rite Aid pharmacy we use to pick up drive-thru orders, they don't have to ask us who the drugs are for, they already know! It's really nice the way they seem to understand my and my husbands severe health problems and are particularly kind to us, I think, because of it. If you get "snooty" responses from anybody in the pharmacy you use, I'd look for a different pharmacy that is more family friendly. Pharmacy workers are not there to pass judgment, after all, so if they ever do come out and slight you, I would take it up with the store manager. The squeaky wheel gets the grease and all that. Good Luck!!
