Lamictal akathisia

Has anyone else experienced akathisia with Lamictal plus other drugs? (like restless leg only your whole body). I don't have a problem with Lamictal by itself (200 mg/day), but some other drugs on top of it seem to cause this nasty feeling.

E.g., I used to be able to take trazadone for insomnia. Can't tolerate it since I have been on Lamictal; I get an intolerable urge to fidget, wriggle, jump out of my skin -- no sleep there!

I have experienced similar effects occasionally, more minor, with Neurontin + Seroquel and even Robaxin, only since taking Lamictal. I may be particularly prone to this side-effect -- I could not tolerate Remeron because of it.
