I think a persons dispostion in life is very important.I believe a med has more of a chance to work when someone is postive about WANTING it to work, and trying to think positve and make changes.
I think when a person unfrotunalty hits bottom, and they are perhaps bed ridden, there mind of thinking is going the opposite way and its gonna be very hard for a med to bring a person out of both the external and clinical depression, and people with that critiers which i have been in,in my opion need to be treated immensly,my treatment in those cases r much more intense than my standard treatment im on now.
Just like a bad heart,a person under stress and agivation is likly to upset a fragile heart opposed to a more healthier calmer person. So in short ,(too late) i believe a persons dispostion prior to treatment should be looked at,this is when talk therapy would be great,to talk the person out of the belieaf that they *cant* get better.Again i truly believe a person is more likly to respond to medication if there out look is hopeful opposed to hopeless.Different severties need to be treated differently.
Again this is just my opinion.
