You were right. I had to drop back down to my 100 mg. It was only an experiment to see if 300 mg would have an impact upon my depression.
Never again will I go above 100 mg. My brain was having difficulty tansmitting messages to my left leg and both arms. I had a strange gait from rather having to swing my left leg outwards in order to walk. And my arms and hands were so weak....it took an effort to just hold onto a glass of milk. I had to think of how to do it, but there was always the threat that my hand would just open on its own.
All those symptoms are gone now. Phew!!! I didn't like that. Almost like MS....where you're brain is sending out messages, but healthy body parts are not responding properly.
100 mg is to help me sleep, and I'm sticking with it for that purpose only now. Don't mess with my sleep pills! Lol!
God bless,
Sandy
