Patients with gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding disorders, Crohn’s disease, active ulcerative colitis, heart failure, severe renal dysfunction or severely impaired hepatic function. See SPC.

LOL! Seems like the warnings and side effects are no different to standard Ibuprefen! Just like Escitalopram!
