My meds are ....
450 lithium
75 zoloft
10 selegiline
1 klonopin
25 lamictalI have heard and personally experienced lamictal "poop out" .... or rather the initial stimulation period followed by a loss of antidepressant effect. Is this true from everyone or just a certain percentage of people? I need more something to help with my depresssion .... so far MAOIs are the best. SSRI just leave me flat and apathetic.

This phenomenon probably has less to do with a low dosage as it does with an initial exposure. Some people even feel a bit better every time they increase the dosage early in treatment.

You might not feel better with Lamictal again until you reach 200mg. It is uncommon that people should feel worse on Lamictal. However, cognitive and memory impairments can occur at higher dosages.
