Want a medication change

I think I am over medicated. I am taking luvox and risperdal. I lose interest in things very quickly. I never feel like doing anything. I am not depressed. I am taking these drugs for social anxiety and paranoid and distorted thinking. If anything I'd like to go off the luvox. But is it the risperdal that's making me be like this? I've heard this before about antipsychotics. Does anybody know if you can go off medication by talking to yuor doc over the phone but not actually being in session (my next session is 3 weeks away).
