Safe to take and AD with a Mood Stabilizer?

Hey Guys,
one more question. When I took Cymbalta by itself it sent me into a hypomania/mania. But now I'm depressed again. And also, I'm now on Topamax for a mood stabilizer. Can I retry the Cymbalta? Will the Topamax keep me from going manic? Thanks
