OCD/Bipolar Med change advice

Over the past year I have been trying to stay on the lowest doses that I can handle of my medications. I am Bipolar and OCD, and have been put in very stressful circumstances. So lately I have been rapid cycling and my OCD is worse than it has been in years. Currently I am on:

Seroquel: 150/day
Effexor: 112.5/day
Lamictal: 100 twice a day

When things cool down I am planning on trying to go off of Effexor. Anyway, my doctor and I have been discussing adding something for my OCD, that will eventually take the place of Effexor. So in your experience what has been an effective drug for OCD that may work well with my cocktail?
