Hi:
>>> Does the ringing go away, it is driving me nuts! Is there anything I can do for it? <<<<

--- What version of WB you've been on? If an 'immediate release version of Wellbutrin,' then you are MORE prone to get one, even though the 100 mg. is a miniscule dosage. The 300 mg. is an average dosage and the SR(slow release) version has some reduction on its side-effect due to 'slow release' without any 'spikes.'

When I first started off around 300 mg. after a month or so on the 100 mg., I had this problem, very faint but still annoying. Afterwards, I did reduce to 200 mg. which made the ringing ears stop. Also, Effexor may have some 'contribution' to this? However, I never have Effexor and WB combo., then I can NOT speculate on this. If this is the case, ... a bad mix., then you may need to call to get your pdoc.'s advise to switch other med. option.
