How long until Celexa leaves me alone?

I decreased the dosage, probably faster than I could have but its my 8th day with nothing and I'm still dizzy.
How long can I expect this to last?
I was on a super small dose as an augmenter of my Effexor (which I quit months ago)and when I stopped completely I was down to 5mg once every other day.
Its not intolerable but its very irritating.
