i've heard from a smart friend who takes adderall, too, for ADHD, that her dr tells her not to combine them or HR will go up and BP will drop. i've had really fast Hrs on the combo before, but i haven't paid attention to the BP. i just thought thtat since once is an upper and the other is a downer, the combination would be ok.
