I had the same problem on Remeron, but it went away after I stopped taking it.

I would recomend taking some magnesium 250-500mg day. This is a common complaint in magnesium deficiant people (sensitivity to loud noises)

I have also read that noradrenic antidepressants can lower magnesium levels.
