WB is also a dopamine re-uptake inhibitor, although it seems to be stronger in its noradrenergic effects. So, it would be somewhat similar to an NRI I would imagine, although probably more anxiety provoking. In regards to Cymbalta or Effexor, I'd go with Cymbalta. It seems cleaner than Effexor and is easier in regards to dosing, ie longer half-life. Also, I would imagine that if you took an NRI along with WB, it would make the WB more dopaminergic.
