Thanks for the info. I'm a week and a day now on wellbutrin (150) and trileptal (300x2). The side effects are getting slowly better, but still lots of agitation, probably on the wellbutrin. I know I have to hold out on the wellbutrin and that's what I intend to do now, give it a chance to work. If I can get to feeling half decent, I think my dr. wants to increase the trileptal. I guess we'll see what happens. I took an ativan the other night (0.5) and felt like I was stoned. Ativan never did that to me. But, it took away ALL the agitation, so at least I have that option if it gets too much for me. Thanks again for the post.

> Trileptal is either hit or miss, I love it personally... I am have mild BP II issue and use trileptal to control it. As far as SSRIs are concerned... I can't emphasize enough just how important they are for you in anxiety treatments over the long haul.... the problem is that they can literally take MONTHS to get used to with an increase in anxiety, restlessness, and agitation, after that though, they really are good medications, it's just that intial soemtimes up to 3 month period of getting used to them. Could you keep that trileptal in there and add an SSRI perhaps?
