Skin smooth or rough on Meds

Hi, i just got off Paxil after only taking it for 3 weeks (it was making my depression worse). Right after quiting it i felt as good as i have felt in years. Anyway while on it or Effexor/Remoron or even Ativan i have always noticed my facial skin get dry, rough and sometimes a little red/splotchy. Now off Paxil it is slowly looking better and bags under eyes and red eyes are mabye looking better. Is this common with ALL SSRI's? Those of you on Cymbalta that have noticed this issue with for example Effexor have you noticed the same with Cymbalta? Thanks in advance for your comments.
