wellbutrin - sleepiness and fog

Wellbutrin puts me into a fog and I can nap all day.
Any one else have this paradoxical reaction, or know why I might react like this?
I am also, among other stablizers, on
lexapro (decreased to 40, and topomax(decreased to 100mgs) to help increase alertness
without much difference.
Plan to stay on W.B. amd add Abilify.
(Provigil did not help.)
Any iput?
