In addition to the B vitamins, magnesium glycinate or magnesium citrate work wonders. Some books suggest extra B6, but I prefer to take my B vitamins as part of a "B complex" tablet/capsule or from nutritional yeast so that I know I'm getting the correct ratios. The one month over the past half year that I ran out of magnesium, I felt as if I'd go stark raving mad. For this next cycle, I'd suggest trying some chelated magnesium every night before bed, especially during the luteal phase (or second half) of your cycle. In addition to the supplements, I find that exercising and being absolutely compulsive about getting extra sleep are mandatory.
