Welbutrin might be another option. Heard many helped by it to counteract the sexual side effects of SSRIs. SSRIs increase the activity of serotonin, but serotonin will work on ALL of it's receptors, some are involved in mood but others work inhibitory on sexual sensations.
Why do you think that you must take SSRIs? They will help if your depression is characterized by low mood (sadness) but not if it's low motivation levels, energy, concentration problems, anhedonia (dishedonia)... These would be helped by a dopaminergic or a noradrenergic, such as Wellbutrin, Edronax (soon available in tha US???), or a combination of Selegiline and Amisulpride (Available here in europe but not in the US). Buspar might be an option too (works on serotonin but without the side effects)....
