I would suggest that you look into this matter more thoroughly. Just because a side effect never made it to the drug manufacturer's list on their package label doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. Wellbutrin was not supposed to blur vision according to the doctor who first gave it to me. He said that because Wellbutrin was not known to have the anticholinergic properties of the tricyclics. It blurred my vision more than the tricyclics did. I'm not sure they understand the mechanism by which this occurred. It might affect the ciliary bodies for all I know. If this is true, then correcting my eyes based on the tests performed while on the drug would have been invalid should I have discontinued it. I did discontinue it. That's no big deal if you're going for lenses, but lasik is not so temporary. Just something to think about.
