Now, after taking nothing on Sunday, then trying that pattern of 1.0 mg/day of real Ativan after breakfast, for three days now, it seems that the expected effect is happening. (Since twice as much Ativan is needed.)
In other words, there is a sufficient half-life that once a day 1.0 mg Ativan dosing results in a constant anxiolytic effect.
(Nothing close to this happened with the generic.)
