I started Strattera 5 weeks a go. The first 3 weeks I took 60 mg per day, then I increased to 120 mg.
I felt tired the first few days, but that was it. I don't feel tired any more (I also take 30 mg Lexapro). Strattera makes me feel more relaxed and more focused.
If I were you, I would probably wait a few weeks to see if your tiredness gets better. If you do need Provigil, it's suppose to cause hardly any side effects.
