Changing from Topamax to Zonegran...

I will soon be leaving Topamax behind and changing to Zonegran (as soon as the 90 mail-order supply arrives). Does anyone know if it is necessary to "wean" off of Topamax? I'm currently taking 50mg in a.m. and 100 in p.m. New prescription of Zonegran will start at 100mg in p.m. Am hoping that the hair loss problem of Topamax will finally be resolved!!
