> Cindyhello, chemist here....amphetamine and methamphetamine differ by a methyl group, and there are stereoisomeric effects to be aware of. amphetamine comes in two ``flavors,'' a left-handed variety and a right-handed variety. the right-handed one bonds more tightly that the left (about 10 times more so). adderall is a 50/50 mix of left and right handed amphetamine. dexedrine is pure right-handed, and is more potent. desoxyn - methamphetamine - binds about 100 time tighter, and is very dangerous except in extreme cases of narcolepsy or obesity. any questions, shoot me a post....all the best, chemist
