Adderal or Ritalin?

Hello all,

It has been a while since I posted.

I want to ask my pdoc about adding ritalin or adderal to my cocktail. I currently take Parnate and I still suffer from depression. Also, Parnate makes me really tired in the afternoon.

Is there anyone who has tried both Ritalin and Adderal for depression and which one did you like the best? Which one gave you the least amount of side effects?
