help, fallen into deep depression

Hi, I have battled depression and anxiey half my life, and this is the first time in a long time I have felt as bad as I do now. I take effexor xr and zanax. Something changed in my life recently and I dont know how to deal, I have lost 10 lbs in 3 days and am barley functioning. any advice on how to come out of this
