Hi:
I'm glad to hear that you like Zyprexa, ... yes, I totally agree with you in regard to the effectiveness of this med. Zyprexa. It's quite sedating, but in my case, helping on both symptoms. One is the 'ultra rapid cycling' that means 'cycling' of depression and hypomanic/dysphoric alternatively, four to five times a day. Never knows what/when those symptoms comes, then it's quite a scary thing to go through. Another one is 'dysphoric mania' that is definitely 'NOT' me, ... the Bp manupulating me to do this, but anyway, very nasty, ...). Then, I'm quite happy about Zyprexa's working on me on those 'two' areas particularly. Also, I realized gradually with the time, ... this med., Zyprexa has some M.S. along with depressive effect, but you need to be right on dosage, ... neither 'less' nor 'more' dosage. In this respect, I did a lot of 'experiment' along with 'reading' from someone else's experience here, Internet. Surprisingly, majority of M.I. folks here are terrific personality to help the other's problem. In the beginning, I got a lot of help as to the med. regimen.
Lastly, regarding 'Serzone,' ... yes, this med. is a very unique med. to help both dep. and anxiety sides, but 'Liver stuff' is some concern, then unless ABSOLUTELY need it, you'd better to stick with the med. 'Halcion.'
H.G.
