Has Wellbutrin XL added to SSRI helped ANYONE??

Mypdoc added 150 mgs Wellbutrin XL to my Prozac to try to improve my depression, though Prozac certainly helps. I took my first dose yesterday. I did not sleep well last night even though I took my normal .5 Xanax. I keep reading about side effects from this med. It doen't seem to help many people added to their antidepressant. My pdoc said I could either go up higher from 40 mgs Prozac or add just add Wellbutrin XL and stay at 40 mgs . Maybe I should just raise my Prozac dose? Any opinions out there??? Thanks
