Anti-Depression Meds and Libido

I have been on Zoloft (50 mgs/day) since September for Depression. At the same time I also started taking Klonopin (.25 mgs/day) for depression related insomnia. Since January, I have had no sex drive what so ever. I don't ever want to have sex, and cannot orgasm when I do.
In February, my doctor and I stopped the Klonopin, and March 12th I started Wellbutrin XL (150 mgs/day) to increase my libido.
Any idea on when I should see some results? Any other advice on what to do? I am 27, happily married, and want to have sex again!!!!
