Klonopin half-life

For Klonopin to mantain constant blood levels, how the doses have to be spaced?
I read in the benzo.org that Valium can be taken once every 12 hours or in some cases once every 24 hours. Xanax must be taken every 4-6 hours to maintain constant blood levels. What about Clonazepam?
