I guess this is a typical example of how the same drug can effect people differently, depending on their brain chemistry...
I take my 100mg of Seroquel about 30-60 minutes before I go to bed. I may of may not get sleepy with it. I sleep 'normally' only waking up once during the night to use the bathroom. I wake with no 'drugged' feeling in the morning. I can now 'sleepin' on the weekends if I get the opportunity, when I never could before.
It will be interesting to see how this pans out in the long run...

> Seroquel drops me within 18-12 minutes like drug induced narcolepsy. Cannot be awakened for hours ~ until it is out of my system (12-14 hours later). All activies requiring thought in action, cause me to DROP where i am standing, unconscious for another 4 or more hours.
> It is useful to me as a sure 'sleeping pill', but a terrible tragedy as an anxiety relief when i am attempting to function through anxiety while suddenly dropping unconscious whenever i try to accomplish something. For me, it is the 'Life Function Narcolepsy frustration of despair" when it happens, and it happenes without fail. Regardless of past PMHNP's pdoc "poo-poo-ing' this actual truth occurring to me.
