A,

I had some difficulty during the titration phase of Lamictal as well. Once you reach a therapeutic level, these spacey feelings may level off. My brain was racing and I was slightly hypomanic during the titration phase.

I stopped taking my celexa 2 weeks ago because it just seemed to be too much in combination with the Lamictal. I don't think it was serotonin sydrome per se, but it felt like I was too charged up and irritable. Since discontinuing the celexa, I am feeling much better.

I think it takes a while for the body to adjust to Lamictal. Maybe you can stick it out for a while and reassess the situation in a few days?

Best of luck,

Girl
