Hopefully helpful information will come from it. Moving the hands and feet is certainly sensible. I've found it only works for a short time and must be pretty rigorous.

When I did some searching, I found a few OTC hand creams which apparently help improve circulation to the hands and feet, mainly by way of L-Arginine. This might not be a bad idea, especially since you don't have to ingest something that might counteract the stimulant's benefits. Good in theory, but...
