can they take a drug off the market ?

I have found sucess with adding remeron to celexa. The first thing that I fear, when a drug starts to work is that it won't continue somehow. I fear perhaps they will take the drug off the market. How well is remeron doing? I had no sucess with it alone. Is this something that will be gone in a few years ??
